All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT where stated. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We accept major debit and credit cards. Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation email containing your voucher code(s).
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Upon successful payment, you will receive a unique voucher code by email. This code must be presented or entered at the relevant venue or retailer in accordance with the redemption instructions provided on the deal page.

However, we cannot guarantee availability of specific dates, times, or experiences at the venue. It is the customer's responsibility to check availability and book directly with the venue using their voucher code.
If a venue permanently closes or an experience becomes permanently unavailable before your voucher expires, we will offer a full refund regardless of the 14-day window.
We take reasonable care to ensure that all information on our website is accurate and up to date. However, we cannot guarantee that all descriptions, prices, or terms are free from errors. If we discover a material error after you have placed an order, we will contact you and offer you the option of a full refund or proceeding with the corrected terms.
